The Children’s Law Center of South Carolina

The Children's Law Center serves as a valuable resource hub for professionals in South Carolina engaged in child maltreatment or juvenile justice court proceedings, as well as child advocates dedicated to enhancing the safety and welfare of children. This resource is made available through the Department of Social Services.

The Center's mission is to promote the advancement of children's law through the reinforcement of public policy, the expansion of knowledge, and the enhancement of practice.
